There are many different things we are usually concerned with in our daily lives like; When you see & go through into your daily routine, sometimes some gossips to pass your time, any tensions, anxiety, stress and social engagements, all these things noticed by your mind, you give thoughts, you make stories behind it and when your thoughts follow these frequent disturbance, than your mind fluctuate, it will also disturb your food routine and even some times food taste in to very spicy food. This divert your stage of meditation, your meditative stage decreases in negative thoughts and increases in positive thoughts.It is very important to follow the steps of meditation for e.g if you are meditating & if you achieve the rajo gun stage than it is important & mandatory to grow further otherwise your body will become destructive body therefore not only you waste your time in meditation but also it will imbalance your energy & disturbs mind healing, therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP TRACK ON YOUR MEDITATIVE STAGE.
